All Bookings undertaken by FOX AUDIO HIRE are taken on the understanding that the customer, (the person who is paying for the service) is aware of and agrees to in full the following terms and conditions, which are supplied in writing to all customers along with the written booking confirmation

The full payment is due in cash or by cheque on our arrival at the event. Invoices are are only issued by prior arrangement and then on a strictly 21 day arrangement only.

If the amount is to be contested by you (the customer), we require written notice within 48 hours of the completion of the event.

We understand and will exercise our statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to agreed credit terms.

A surcharge will be added to all invoices for every 28 day period or part of that it remains unpaid; an additional charge of £20.00 will be incurred for all duplicate and additional invoices that are requested.

All bookings made with FOX Audio Hire & Event Support, will be confirmed in writing or within 7 days of your acceptance of our quotation, once booked we allow you 7 days to notify us of any amendments or cancellation without penalty or cost to you of any kind.

After 7 days our standard cancellation fees will be applied to all bookings.

Cancellation by you the customer, up to and including 28 days prior to the event start time a fee equivalent to not more than 25% of the total fee will become payable, between 28 and 7 days 50% of the total fee is payable, less than 7 days and the full fee becomes payable.

Cancellation by us the provider more than 28 days notice, we will refund your deposits and nothing other, 28 days to 7 days, we will refund all monies paid to us and nothing other, less than 7 days or if we fail to attend your event, (for reasons other than those shown below) and we will refund in full our total fee for your event and nothing other.

We offer a money back guarantee of satisfaction for all our services, however mechanical breakdown of vehicles, public road closures, extreme weather conditions, power failures and hospitalisation or physical injury to our crews are circumstances beyond our reasonable control and as such they are excluded from our money back guarantee and cancellation clause.

We may supply one or more of our experienced team to cover any event or function, reservations with FOX events does not offer a guarantee of any one presenter.

You the customer are responsible for ensuring the following items are in place and available; An unloading & parking space (without cost) adjacent to the performing area or room, ground level or elevator access to any upper floors, an adequate mains supply of at least 2X13amp sockets (not an extension lead) within 10 metres of the required operating point (except on events where it is stated that we are supplying the power supply) & that the venue or location is fully compliant with all musical licences, electrical testing and other legal requirements.

Whilst our operators are providing you with a service, we feel that they ought to be able to provide this service in a safe and pleasant environment, as such they will comply at all times with requests from the license holders of premises, the police, local authorities or their agents in respect of noise levels, and operational times.

They will not contravene any laws in respect of consumption or supply of goods and will not tolerate any acts or threats of violence or abuse.

If at any time they feel that their own safety or well being is in any way being compromised they will turn of and if safe to do so remove all the equipment from the event or premises, this will be done without any refunds or reductions in fees payable.

We are not and will not be responsible for; the evacuation of person or persons from any building in the event of an emergency situation, the ejection of any guests or visitors invited or otherwise at any function or event, the loss or damage to any persons property at any function or event at which we are providing a service.

You the customer are responsible for; the behaviour of all the persons present at an event or function for which you have asked us to provide our services, any damage to or theft of our presenters equipment caused by your guests invited or otherwise, the prompt payment of the costs for your booking and any subsequent incurred costs.

We are covered by our own liability insurance, music licences, and all our equipment is tested to the highest standards of electrical safety, connection of or to, any third party equipment by ours is not permitted without prior notice and only on the provision of the relevant testing and insurance documentation.

We will provide on request copies of our electrical testing certificates, liability insurance documents, risk assessments, methods of work and other relevant paperwork.
